TDP-43 RRM Backbone Assignments

Our paper has been published in Biomolecular NMR Assignments.

"1H, 15N and 13C backbone assignment of apo TDP-43 RNA Recognition Motifs"

This is the first NMR assignment for the apo-TDP-43 RRM domains. Comparison with the holo structure shows increased flexibility of the RNA-interacting residues.
